BSc (Hons) In Psychology, MSc from UCD in Child Art Psychotherapy Followed by a further 2 year Advanced Psychotherapy Studies Programme in the School of Psychotherapy in St Vincents University Hospital.

Clinical experience in Schools, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Tusla working with young persons and their families. With over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people in various settings and is Garda vetted and complies with the ACAP code of practice. 

Carmel also has extensive experience working in the HSE with young people who have Neurodivergent diagnoses such as ASD.
